- … intense, efficient, and effective: you will achieve maximum fitness improvements and results in a short amount of time. Even if you can’t train at the intensity level of the trainer, putting your body through the workouts we’ve designed in our program will improve the condition of your body.
- … a full-body strength and conditioning workout: we accomplish this by using the techniques that full-contact martial artists use in their training. The only element we leave out is the physical contact because although you are training like someone who is going to step into a ring, you won’t actually be doing it (but you’ll look like you could)! ;-)
- … designed to improve your strength and endurance, your abdominal and core strength, and your reactive and explosive power: by focusing on these areas of fitness, your body will become stronger and more lean because you will be burning a lot of calories and fat and improving your muscular strength and tone without bulking up. In the process you will improve your coordination and your muscles will resist fatigue.
- … based on martial arts movements, techniques, strategies and the conditioning workouts that accompany a martial arts curriculum: after completing our program you will have learned enough martial arts skills that you (will be able to / could) easily and comfortably transfer into a martial arts program and hit the ground running.
